11% of the monthly rental plus VAT i.e. If the property lets for the initial rental price of £600 the percentage fee will be £66, plus VAT per month – TOTAL £79.20.
Introduction of tenant fee £90, plus VAT – TOTAL £108
Preparation of Tenancy Fee £35, plus VAT – TOTAL £42.
The above fee covers 50% of the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, the remaining 50% will be the responsibility of the tenants. (These fees are a one-off payment on the introduction of each new tenant). Should your property let for higher or lower than the initial rental price our fee will be adjusted accordingly.

Letting Only – One Months Rent (inc VAT)

If you are the kind of landlord who wants to look after the day to day running, you may only wish to use us to find a suitable tenant and take care of such things as the inventory and Tenancy Agreement.

  • Registration of tenant’s deposit – £18 (inc VAT)

To comply with Trading Standards recent recommendation, we are now duty bound to establish proof of identity of both landlords and tenants. To obtain evidence of identity, residence and/or source of funding at the start of every transaction we would ask to see one original of :- a valid passport, or a new style driving licence with photograph and one original of :- a house or motor insurance certificate, or an original utility bill less than three months old. We also require confirmation of ownership.
